- Dàn nuôi giống bằng động (Photobioreactor( chỉnh sủa và chụp hình dàn vao) dưới các điều kiện nhiệt độ và chiếu sáng khác nhau nhằm tạo nên những chủng thích hợp cho nuôi trồng. Mặt khác, phòng mẫu giống tảo cần được thu thập và tích lũy các chủng Spirulina có nguồn gốc từ các trường Đại học và viện nghiên cứu ở trong nước cũng như ở các nước có liên hệ ở trên thế giới (châu Phi, Pháp, Mexico, USA, Úc, Nhật) trên cơ sở lựa chọn và bình tuyển sẽ chọn được những chủng có chất lượng và cho năng suất cao. Công việc phân lập và tuyển chọn các chủng tảo cần có sự hỗ trợ của các trường đại học hoặc viện nghiên cứu.
