10.1. Mọi tranh chấp hoặc bất đồng

10.1. Mọi tranh chấp hoặc bất đồng phát sinh từ việc thực hiện hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết trên tinh thần hoà giải thông qua thương lượng.
10.2. Trường hợp thương lượng không có kết quả thì vấn đề sẽ được trình lên Toà án Kinh tế để phân xử theo Luật pháp nước Cộng hoà Xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

10.1. any dispute or disagreement arising from the implementation of this agreement will be resolved in a spirit of reconciliation, through negotiation.10.2. in case of negotiations with no results, then the matter will be submitted to the Economic Court to arbitrate under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

10.1. Any dispute or disagreement arising from the performance of this contract shall be resolved in a spirit of reconciliation through negotiation.
10.2. Where negotiation does not work, then the matter will be submitted to the Economic Court to adjudicate according to law Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
