8.19. Hệ thống thông gió, hút khói phòng cháy chữa cháy phải được thiết kế riêng biệt và phải được làm bằng các loại vật liệu khó cháy hoặc không cháy tùy thuộc vào vị trí lắp đặt.
8.20. Trong nhà và công trình công cộng phải có phòng trực điều khiển chống cháy tuân theo qui định về an toàn cháy cho nhà và công trình [3] và nên lắp đặt hệ thống phát hiện khói, báo cháy tự động tuân theo qui định trong TCVN 5738.
