- Các địa phương, đơn vị được hỗ trợ kinh phí thực hiện đúng nội dung tại Văn bản số 5366/UBND-GT1 ngày 18/10/2016 của UBND tỉnh; Văn bản số 4647BTNMT-VPc ngày 17/10/2016 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường và Văn bản số 2905STNMT-CCMT ngày 17/10/2016 của Sở Tài nguyên và môi trường, trong đó tập trung xử lý môi trường, vệ sinh nhà cửa, khơi thông cống rãnh, vệ sinh đường làng, ngõ xóm..., thu dọn bùn đất, san gạt đất đá sạt lỡ trên các tuyến đường giao thông; tiêu hủy xác động vật chết, tiêu độc khử trùng tại trường học, khu dân cư bị ngập lụt, lắng lọc, khử trùng nước sinh hoạt; tập trung thu gom vận chuyển và xử lý rác, phun chế phẩm sinh học khử mùi hôi, diệt ruồi tại các bãi tập kết rác và các bãi rác.
- Các địa phương được hỗ trợ kinh phí hoàn thiện hồ sơ thanh quyết toán gửi về Quỹ Bảo vệ môi trường Hà Tĩnh để tổng hợp Quyết toán với Quỹ Bảo vệ môi trường Việt Nam theo đúng quy định.
Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực từ ngày ban hành;
