Người mua có quyền kiểm tra và/hoặc thử nghiệm hàng hoá để khẳng định tính phù hợp của chúng với các đặc tính kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu của hợp đồng. Các cuộc kiểm tra, thử nghiệm sẽ được tiến hành tại địa điểm lắp đặt thiết bị. Phía Bên bán có trách nhiệm trợ giúp miễn phí về người, phương tiện phục vụ cho quá trình kiểm tra và thử nghiệm.
