Bên mua và Bên bán thỏa thuận như sau:
Hai bên ký kết hợp đồng mua bán 1590/TC-LY và 1591/TC-LY vào ngày 18 tháng 05 năm 2015. Tại thời điểm ký kết hợp đồng: 18/05/2015 tỷ giá ngoại tệ USD là 21.820vnđ, đến nay 06/09/15 tỷ giá ngoại tệ USD tăng 22.505vnđ.
Do tỷ giá USD tăng cao, bên bán hỗ trợ giảm giá hàng bán cho bên mua là 800 USD/1đơn vị. Cụ thể như sau:
+/ HĐ 1590/TC-LY: Giá bán cho 1 chiếc mooc ben HUA YU DA, model: LHY9405ZZXP, lốp 1200R20 là: 23.500USD, nay giảm xuống còn 22.700USD. Tổng số tiền thanh toán cho 5 chiếc mooc ben còn lại là 113.500USD.
+/ HĐ 1591/TC-LY: Giá bán cho 1 chiếc mooc ben HUA YU DA, model: LHY9405ZZXP, lốp 12R22.5 là: 23.000USD, nay giảm xuống còn 22.200USD. Tổng số tiền thanh toán cho 5 chiếc mooc ben còn lại là 111.000USD
Những điều khoản khác của hợp đồng không thay đổi.
