Vào ngày 17/12/2015, trong lúc đào đường ống COC đường AK, tôi đã phát hiện ra mình đào trúng 1 đường dây, ngay lập tức tôi đã dừng công việc và kiểm tra. Trước khi tiến hành công tác đào, tôi đã có đầy đủ permit cũng như khi kiểm tra khu vực đào thì không có bất cứ biển cảnh báo nào.
