1.1. Trong giai đoạn xây dựng
• Nguồn gây ô nhiễm không khí
Trong quá trình xây dựng, các công việc như san lấp mặt bằng, đào đất, xây móng, cung cấp vật liệu, vận chuyển và lắp đặt thiết bị… sẽ gây nên một số tác động đến môi trường không khí do phát sinh các yếu tố gây ô nhiễm như sau:
• Ô nhiễm bụi các hoạt động san ủi, đào đắp, san lắp mặt bằng.
• Khí thải của các phương tiện vận tải chứa Bụi, SO2, CO, CO2, NOx, THC.
• Tiếng ồn do phương tiện thi công cơ giới và xe vận tải.
• Nguồn gây ô nhiễm nước
Trong quá trình xây dựng, do thời gian không kéo dài và không mang tính phức tạp, chỉ có hai nguồn có thể có tác động tiêu cực tới môi trường nước đó là nước thải sinh hoạt của lực lượng xây dựng và nước mưa chảy tràn qua mặt bằng xây dựng:
• Nước thải sinh hoạt của công nhân tham gia xây dựng. Nguồn thải này chứa các hợp chất hữu cơ, nitơ, photpho và vi sinh vật.
• Nước mưa chảy tràn từ khu vực xây dựng cuốn theo đất cát vào hệ thống cống thoát.
• Nguồn ô nhiễm chất thải rắn
Trong giai đoạn xây dựng, một khối lượng lớn chất thải rắn được sinh ra do:
