Sau khi tiến hành nghiên cứu ta có được kết quả như sau: Có tất cả 50 bảng câu hỏi được gửi cho người lao động trong Công ty công nghệ thông tin Điện lực miền Nam tại trụ sở công ty. Số lượng bảng câu hỏi nhận lại là 50/50 bảng.

Trong chương này đã trình bày phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và định lượng. Thông qua việc thảo luận với các cấp lãnh đạo và các chuyên gia của công ty đã xây dựng được bảng câu hỏi khảo sát với 36 câu hỏi, theo thang đo liker 5.

Trên cơ sở bảng câu hỏi khảo sát đã tiến hành phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình quản trị nguồn nhân lực.
