+ Khi hệ thống trừ thành công mức cước bất kỳ (>0 đồng) thì dịch vụ được tiếp tục gia hạn thành công. Trong thời gian còn lại của chu kỳ sẽ trừ nốt phần cước còn lại.
+ Hệ thống chỉ trừ cước cho 01 chu kỳ, không trừ bù cước cho các lần gia hạn không thành công trước đó. Nếu hết chu kỳ hệ thống chỉ trừ được n đồng (> 0 đồng), hệ thống sẽ không trừ phần thiếu (X- n) đồng trước đó trong các chu kỳ sau.
+ Trong thời gian 30 ngày hệ thống thử trừ cước gia hạn, nếu hệ thống chưa trừ số tiền > 0 đồng thì dịch vụ hủy gói cước thuê bao và gửi tin nhắn thông báo. Khách hàng muốn sử dụng lại gói dịch vụ phải đăng ký lại.
- Khách hàng sau khi huỷ gói tuần/tháng vẫn được bảo toàn nội dung lẻ đã mua trước đó. Khách hàng không tái đăng ký gói thuê bao sau khi hủy sẽ được áp dụng chính sách xem/mua nội dung đơn lẻ giống trường hợp Mặc định không đăng ký gói thuê bao, sẽ không cho phép xem miễn phí các nội dung cho gói cước thuê bao và không được giảm giá 50% với chuyên mục Sách hot.
