Nhà thầu được xem xét, đề nghị trún

Nhà thầu được xem xét, đề nghị trúng thầu khi đáp ứng đủ các điều kiện sau đây:
35.1. Có HSDT hợp lệ theo quy định tại Mục 1 Chương III - Tiêu chuẩn đánh giá HSDT;
35.2. Có năng lực và kinh nghiệm đáp ứng yêu cầu theo quy định tại Mục 2 Chương III - Tiêu chuẩn đánh giá HSDT;
35.3. Có đề xuất về kỹ thuật đáp ứng yêu cầu theo quy định tại Mục 3 Chương III - Tiêu chuẩn đánh giá HSDT;
35.4. Có sai lệch thiếu không quá 10% giá dự thầu;
35.5. Đáp ứng điều kiện theo quy định tại BDL;
35.6. Có giá đề nghị trúng thầu (đã bao gồm thuế, phí, lệ phí (nếu có)) không vượt giá gói thầu được phê duyệt. Trường hợp dự toán của gói thầu được phê duyệt thấp hơn hoặc cao hơn giá gói thầu được phê duyệt thì dự toán này sẽ thay thế giá gói thầu để làm cơ sở xét duyệt trúng thầu.

The contractor are reviewed, suggested the winning bid when it meets the following conditions:35.1. Have a valid HSDT as specified in section 1 of chapter III-standard reviews HSDT;35.2. Have the capability and experience to meet the requirements as defined in section 2 Chapter III-standard reviews HSDT;35.3. Have technical proposals meet the requirements as specified in section 3 of chapter III-standard reviews HSDT; 35.4. Have skewed the lack of not more than 10% of the bid;35.5. Meet the conditions prescribed in BDL;35.6. the suggested bid prices (including taxes, charges and fees (if any)) does not exceed the price of tenders approved. The case of estimating of the approved package of lower or higher price bid packages are approved, then this estimation will replace the price of package to make the winning bid review basis.

Contractors are considered, the winning proposal fully met the following conditions:
35.1. There is a valid bid as defined in Section 1 of Chapter III - bid evaluation criteria;
35.2. Having the capability and experience to meet the requirements as defined in Section 2 of Chapter III - Criteria for evaluation of bids;
35.3. There are technical proposals meet the requirements as defined in Section 3 of Chapter III - Criteria for evaluation of bids;
35.4. There is a lack of bias not exceed 10% of the bid price
of 35.5. Satisfy the conditions stipulated in the BDS;
35.6. Proposed contract price (including taxes, fees and charges (if any)) do not exceed the approved tender package price. Where estimates of bidding packages approved lower or higher than the approved bidding package prices, the estimates will replace Package price for awarding contracts basis.
