Nội dung công việc Công ty Tư Vấn và Đại Lý Thuế Bình Dương (Công ty Tư Vấn) thực hiện :
- Soạn quyết định giải thể công ty.
- Đăng bố cáo giải thể trên báo.
Với cơ quan hải quan
- Xin xác nhận không nợ thuế.
Với cơ quan BHXH
Khách hàng nộp hết phí BHXH, xin xác nhận không nợ.
Với cơ quan thuế
- Tư vấn thanh lý tài sản.
- Tư vấn lập tờ khai quyết toán thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp, báo cáo tinh hình sử dung hoá đơn nộp cơ quan thuế.
-Tư vấn xử lý các công việc phát sinh khi cơ quan thuế kiểm tra.
-Làm thủ tục đóng mã số thuế
-Lập báo cáo giải thể nộp cơ quan cấp phép.
-Trả dấu cho công an.
-Nhận thông báo hoàn thành thủ tục giải thể xóa tên công ty tại cơ quan cấp phép bàn giao khách hàng.
Phương thức thanh toán:
Thanh toán trước 50% sau khi ký hợp đồng, 30% còn lại thanh toán sau khi công ty tư vấn đóng mã số thuế công ty M.O.L, 20% còn lại thanh toán trong ngày sau khi công ty tư vấn gửi thông báo của cơ quan cấp phép xóa tên doanh nghiệp.
Tỷ giá thanh toán: theo tỷ giá chuyển khoản của ngân hàng Vietcombank tại ngày thanh toán.
Thời gian hoàn thành :
Trong vòng 4 tháng kể từ ngày khách hàng cung cấp đủ tài liệu hồ sơ do Công ty Tư Vấn hướng dẫn và thanh toán phí dịch vụ lần 1.
Nếu quý khách hàng đồng ý với giá phí trên vui lòng ký tên, đóng dấu Công ty bên dưới, nếu quý khách hàng còn vướng mắc điều gì vui lòng gọi điện thoại hoặc email cho Công ty chúng tôi.
