vì lý do cá nhân nên trong thời gian qua tôi thường xuyên phải đến bệnh viện và đã làm ảnh hưởng đến giờ giấc làm việc. tuy nhiên tôi đã có nhắn tin thông báo đến bộ phận nhân sự và trưởng nhóm về sự đến muộn của mình và tự ý thức được rằng phải làm việc muộn để đẩm bảo chất lượng và hoàn thành công việc. tuy nhiên tôi hoàn toàn ý thức được rằng việc đến trễ không chỉ ảnh hưởng đến hình ảnh của một 2IC mà còn gây xao nhãng và làm ảnh hưởng đến công việc, và việc thường xuyên đi trễ là rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không thể chấp nhận được. tôi sẽ không để việc này tái diễn như một thông lệ hay thói quen xấu và một lần nữa tôi xin lỗi và rất mong được sự thông cảm và bỏ qua của công ty.
