Thanh toán Chi Phí Quản Lý vào ngày

Thanh toán Chi Phí Quản Lý vào ngày và theo phương thức quy định trong Hợp Đồng này. Chi Phí Quản Lý bao gồm các dịch vụ (“Dịch Vụ Quản Lý”) sau: bảo trì các thiết bị và máy móc do Bên Cho Thuê cung cấp (không bao gồm trang thiết bị điện chiếu sáng trong Diện Tích Thuê tự lắp đặt), làm vệ sinh, chiếu sáng và an ninh 24/24 giờ đối với các khu vực chung (kể cả người bảo vệ), điện trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, chống mối mọt trong các khu vực chung, làm vệ sinh các cửa sổ ngoại thất, xử lý rác, cung cấp dịch vụ thang máy và điện để vận hành thiết bị cung cấp nước lạnh cho máy điều hòa không khí trong giờ làm việc bình thường. Trong số các dịch vụ được liệt kê trên, chỉ có việc chiếu sáng trong giờ làm việc bình thường được áp dụng cho Khu Đậu Xe. Bên Cho Thuê sẽ cung cấp các dịch vụ sau đối với Khu Đậu Xe:
(a) hệ thống chiếu sáng mở từ 9:00 giờ tối đến 7:00 giờ sáng;
(b) lối vào ngoài giờ làm việc bình thường.
Các bên thỏa thuận rằng Chi Phí Quản Lý sẽ không tăng trong suốt Thời Hạn của Hợp Đồng ngoại trừ các chi phí phát sinh do lỗi của Bên Thuê dẫn đến làm hư hỏng các trang thiết bị trong Khu vực thuê.

Among the services listed above, only the illumination in normal working hours apply to parking zone. Lessor will provide the following services for the parking zone:(a) the lighting system is open from 9: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 a.m.;(b) the entrance outside normal working hours.The parties agreed that the management costs will not increase during the term of the contract, except for the costs incurred by the Party's error leads to damaging the equipment in the area rent.

(a) the lighting system open from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am;
(b) the entrance of normal working hours.
The parties agreed that management costs will not increase during the Term of the Contract except for the costs incurred by the lessee errors lead to damaging the equipment in the leased area.
