Trong trường hợp sử dụng dịch vụ TX

Trong trường hợp sử dụng dịch vụ TXC mà bên B nhờ lái xe thực hiện điều khoản 2.2.2, bên B sẽ kiểm tra , ký xác nhận vào hai phần của TXC và chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ nội dung mà người lái xe ghi trên TXC cũng như số lượng tờ TXC được giao.
- Bên B có trách nhiệm thanh toán đầy đủ cho bên A theo điều 4.3
- Trường hợp bên B làm thất lạc TXC
+ Bên B phải thông báo yêu cầu phong tỏa bằng email,điện thoại hoặc fax ngay về mã số của bên B cho bên A bằng văn bản để bên A kịp thời phong tỏa số TXC cùng với mã số.
+ Bên B chịu trách nhiệm thu hồi và bàn giao lại cho bên A các TXC có mã số yêu cầu phong tỏa (các TXC còn lại khi bị thất lạc hoặc mất cắp) trong vòng 7 ngày kể từ ngày yêu cầu phong tỏa
+ Bên B sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên A về các TXC có mã số bên B, đã sử dụng trong 12 giờ (không tính ngày lễ và chủ nhật) kể từ khi bên A nhận được thông báo yêu cầu phong tỏa của bên B.
+ Trong vòng 12 giờ kể từ khi bên B thông báo yêu cầu phong tỏa cho bên A, bên B có quyền thu hồi lại thông báo yêu cầu phong tỏa, quá thời hạn trên, thông báo trên sẽ có hiệu lực vĩnh viễn.
