Tôi sinh ra tại Nghệ An, một tỉnh có truyền thống hiếu học tại Việt Nam. Từ nhỏ tôi đã có ước mơ trở thành một người lãnh đạo....Khi chúng tôi học cuối cấp 3, chúng tôi bắt đầu băn khoăn chuyện chọn trường và ngành học cho mình. nhưng do sống tại vùng quê nghèo không có điều kiện tiếp xúc nhiều với các nguồn thông tin trên internet, cũng như không có nguồn tham khảo, sự định hướng từ những người đi trước, chúng tôi chọn ngành học như một lẽ ngẫu nhiên, trong khi vẫn không ý thức được tầm quan trọng của việc chọn nghề nghiệp tương lai cho bản thân mình, chọn đam mê để theo đuổi. may mắn thay, sau khi bắt đầu học tại khoa quản trị kinh doanh trường đại học kinh tế quốc dân, tôi đã nhận ra mình thực sự yêu thích và phù hợp với lĩnh vực này. tôi đã học hỏi các kiến thức từ thầy cô bạn bè, có cái nhìn sâu hơn về nền kinh tế và đã được thực hành một số dự án kinh doanh nho nhỏ cùng bạn bè. tuy nhiên không phải ai cũng được may mắn như tôi. một số bạn bè và người quen của tôi ra trường làm việc một thời gian mới nhận ra mình không phù hợp với chuyên ngành mà mình đã học, sau đó hoặc họ chuyển sang làm ở một lĩnh vực khác không liên quan gì đến những gì mình đã học ở trường, hoặc bắt đầu đi tìm đam mê để theo đuổi lại từ đầu. tôi và một vài người bạn trăn trở về điều này rất lâu, tìm biện pháp để những thế hệ sau chúng tôi không còn mất phương hướng như vậy nữa. chúng tôi muốn thành lập một doanh nghiệp chuyên về hướng nghiệp, định hướng cho các em học sinh về sở thích, năng lực của bản thân để chọn được con đường đúng đắn và phù hợp nhất với mình. muốn thay đổi một đất nước phải thay đổi từ con người, đặc biệt là thế hệ trẻ - những chủ nhân tương lai của đất nước đó.
đây cũng là lí do lớn nhất khiến tôi muốn theo học khóa học mba ở đài loan. đài loan là một trong 4 con hổ châu á với nền giáo dục phát triển, có các trường lọt vào top những trường đại học tốt nhất thế giới. tôi muốn học hỏi từ nền giáo dục đài loan, cách thức vận hành và quản lý 1 doanh nghiệp để có thể đạt được ước mơ của mình.
tuy nhiên con đường đến với ước mơ không hề dễ dàng. trở ngại đầu tiên mà tôi gặp phải chính là sự phản đối của mẹ tôi. mẹ tôi cho rằng một cô gái không cần quá giỏi giang và ước mơ lớn, chỉ cần một công việc bình thường ổn định sau đó lập gia đình là lo cho chồng con. đó cũng là suy nghĩ thường thấy của những người dân quê tôi. nhưng tôi đã dùng quyết tâm của mình, cùng với bố tôi thuyết phục mẹ. tôi nói với mẹ tôi rằng tôi muốn vượt qua mức trung bình đó, vượt ra khỏi vòng tròn thoải mái để được là chính mình, được thực hiện ước mơ và cống hiến cho xã hội. mỗi người chỉ được sống một cuộc đời, chỉ có bản thân mình mới biết mình thực sự muốn gì, điều gì làm cho mình hạnh phúc, đừng để người khác, kể cả bố mẹ hay người thân của bạn quyết định cuộc đời bạn. dám mơ lớn và sẵn sàng làm mọi thứ để đạt được ước mơ đó, đừng để "ước mơ con giết chết cuộc đời con". tôi tin rằng với những gì được học và trải nghiệm trong quá trình học khóa imba ở ncku, tôi để bước được một bước lớn để thực hiện ước mơ của mình.
