(Vi) the central control room and management of condominiums (excluding regional control and management of trade centers); (vii) of the mailbox area households (if any); (viii) paths and internal roads in the area, including private access for residents through the lobby for the Apartment; (ix) System hardware landscape: benches, flower tubs, bins and other equipment Seller identified; (x) The roof and terrace (except those specifically identified as the Seller's proprietary design VENDOR approved). (xi) The electric system outside the Apartment : + transformer station; + System standby generator; + Systems elevator for residents (except for lifts reserved for trade center; + system management techniques condominiums; + System System emergency lights; + system access control and security; + System CCTV security cameras at important points (entrance, exit, hallway, elevator, lobby, parking ) (if any); + power meter measuring system, water; + system of public instruction. (xii) water supply system outside the Apartment; (xiii) Where to bikes, disabled disability, two-wheeled motor vehicles (of the Condominium Apartments); (xiv) the work area and other facilities located outside section of the Parties under private ownership.
