Đề tài đã tiến hành 3 thí nghiệm là CT 1: 50% Mùn cưa + 50 % Phân gà + 0,2% chế phẩm vi sinh Trichoderma; CT 2: 60% Than bùn + 30% Phân gà + 10% Rơm rạ + 0,2% chế phẩm vi sinh Trichoderma và CT 3: 25% Than bùn + 25% Phân gà + 25% Bèo + 25% Trấu + 0,2% chế phẩm vi sinh Trichoderma. Đồng thời đánh giá chất lượng cho thấy sau 60 ngày ủ các công thức đã đạt tiêu chuẩn về khía cạnh vệ sinh, mức độ phân hủy các vật liệu phế phẩm hữu cơ có thể sử dụng làm phân bón. CT 2 và CT 3 có nhiều ưu điểm về hình thái sản phẩm.
