Chúng tôi cũng đang chờ đợi sự hồi âm của một số ĐSQ Việt Nam ở Italy và Pháp nhằm tranh thủ sự ủng hộ và giúp đỡ cho chuyến đi. Đối với Sip, chúng tôi coi Ngài là thay mặt cho cơ quan ngoại giao tại Sip và mong Ngài có sự giúp đỡ và ủng hộ về mặt thủ tục. Về lịch trình chuyến đi chúng tôi chưa thể sắp xếp ngay vào thời điểm này vì còn cân đối thời gian với một số hoạt động lớn do VFUA chủ trì ở VN, trong đó có hội thảo lần thứ 3 về Đạo đức toàn cầu mà tôi đã nói với Ngài. Thời gian cụ thể chỉ có thể khẳng định trước khi đoàn lên đường khoảng 30 đến 45 ngày (nếu đi vào tháng 9/2016). Bởi tính chất linh hoạt đó chúng tôi cần sự ủng hộ của Ngài đầu tiên bằng cách cho chúng tôi một thư mời riêng rẽ như một chuyến đi Sip để chúng tôi có thể xin được visa sớm, bởi phải làm thủ tục tại Ấn Độ. Nếu gộp chương trình cho cả 4 nước ngay lúc này sẽ không thực tế và rất khó cho chúng tôi. Nếu làm thư mời, xin Ngài tạm mời chúng tôi thăm Sip từ 5 - 10 tháng 8 năm 2016 - là khoảng thời gian quân bình để chúng tôi tiện sắp xếp.
