Về phía trường cao đẳng nghề:
-Xem lại chương trình đào tạo, thay đổi một số nội dung để phù hợp với quá trình thực tập tại công ty.
-Dự kiến số lượng sinh viên có thể đến thực tập trong mỗi giai đoạn.
-Tổ chức khóa học lý thuyết, kỹ thuật tại trường.
Mr. Việt: trưởng phòng đào tạo có ý kiến:
-Kết hợp lý thuyết và thực hành.
-Sinh viên từng khóa học sẽ tham gia từng giai đoạn trồng trọt.
Ví dụ: Sinh viên năm thứ nhất tham gia ươm giống, gieo hạt.
Sinh viên năm thứ hai sẽ trồng cây.
Sinh viên năm thứ ba sẽ thu hoạch...
Trường sẽ cử đại diện để trao đổi với phòng sản xuất của công ty.
