Căn hộ được bàn giao cho Bên mua phải theo đúng thiết kế đã được duyệt; phải sử dụng đúng
các thiết bị, vật liệu nêu tại bảng danh mục vật liệu, thiết bị xây dựng mà các bên đã thỏa thuận
theo hợp đồng, trừ trường hợp thỏa thuận tại điểm e khoản 1 Điều 5 của hợp đồng này.
