6.2. Bảo trì định kỳ:
Công trình được thiết kế với niên hạn sử dụng là 30 năm, cần bảo trì định kỳ 3 lần với thời gian giữa hai lần bảo trì định kỳ là 8 năm. Năm cuối cùng của niên hạn sử dụng sẽ phải tiến hành kiểm định chất lượng công trình để cấp có thẩm quyền quyết định có tiếp tục bảo trì để khai thác sử dụng hay không, lúc đó quy trình bảo trì này không còn tác dụng, Chủ sử dụng công trình phải thuê một tổ chức tư vấn đủ năng lực lập quy trình bảo trì mới cho công trình sau khi công trình hết niên hạn sử dụng theo thiết kế.
Các cấp bảo trì được áp dụng: - Sửa chữa vừa (cấp 3)
- Sửa chữa lớn (cấp 4).
Các năm tiến hành bảo trì công trình:
- Dự kiến năm nghiệm thu và bàn giao đưa vào sử dụng là năm 2016.
- Bảo trì định kỳ lần 1 : năm 2024.
- Bảo trì định kỳ lần 2 : năm 2032.
- Bảo trì định kỳ lần 3 : năm 2040.
- Kiểm định chất lượng để đánh giá chất lượng CT : năm 2046.
