T5.1. Nếu Bên B hoàn thành dịch

T5.1. Nếu Bên B hoàn thành dịch vụ trễ hơn cam kết trên 10 ngày làm việc, Bên A sẽ giữ lại 10% phí dịch vụ (bao gồm VAT).
5.2. Nếu Bên B hoàn thành dịch vụ trễ hơn cam kết trên 20 ngày làm việc, Bên A sẽ giữ lại 20% phí dịch vụ (bao gồm VAT).
5.3. Mục 5.1 đến 5.2 chỉ áp dụng cho trị giá dịch vụ những sản phẩm bị trễ hạn tương ứng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

T 5.1. If Party B complete the service delay committed on 10 working days, party A will retain a 10% service charge (including VAT).5.2. If Party B complete the service delay committed over 20 days, party A will retain a 20% service charge (including VAT).5.3. Section 5.1 to 5.2 apply only to the value of the services the products undue respectively.

T5.1. If Party B complete service commitment later than 10 working days, Party A will retain 10% service charge (excluding VAT).
5.2. If Party B complete service commitment later than 20 working days, Party A will retain 20% service charge (excluding VAT).
5.3. Section 5.1 to 5.2 apply only to service worth overdue products respectively.
