Có lẽ ai cũng biết muốn làm được một việc gì đó thì điều cần thiết đầu tiên đó là lòng yêu nghề, phải có đam mê có tình yêu với nghề thì mới có thế làm tốt và gắn bó lâu dài với công việc mà mình đã chọn được. Như người xưa đã nói một nghề cho chín còn hơn chín nghề, nghĩa là chỉ cần giỏi 1 nghề còn hơn là nghề nào cũng biết mà không thực sự giỏi. Với tôi công việc mà tôi luôn cố gắng để làm được và làm tốt đó là nghề điều hành tour du lịch. Tôi luôn ước mơ sau này mình có thật nhiều thời gian thật nhiều tiền và có 1 người bạn đồng hành có thể cùng mình đi khám phá du lịch nhiều nơi trên thế giới vì thế tôi đã bắt đầu ước mơ ấy bằng cách chọn 1 ngành học về quản trị du lịch lữ hành. Theo tôi nghĩ tất cả mọi ng đều có thể làm được công việc này. Công việc này thích hợp nhất đối với những người trẻ tuổi. chúng ta chỉ cần một cái đầu luôn sẵn sàng học hỏi tiếp nhận thông tin, một niềm hăng say nhiệt tình với nghề, một ng năng động thích đi thích tìm hiểu thích khám phá, đặc biệt đây là một công việc thuộc ngành dịch vụ nên người làm nghề này phải chuẩn bị một tinh thần lạc quan một tâm thế sẵn sàng phục vụ khách hàng 24/24, một tinh thần thép chịu đựng được áp lực của công việc.
Đặc biệt là trình độ ngoại ngữ: cần phải có trình độ ngoại ngữ nhất định, đặc biệt biết nhiều ngôn ngữ sẽ là lợi thế cho cơ hội thăng tiến trong nghề nghiệp của bạn.
