Tại vị trí trực Hotline/ ĐKTT: Nếu tiếp nhận thông tin từ Khách hàng, lập tức khuyến cáo Khách hàng đảm bảo các biện pháp an toàn.
* KHÔNG gọi điện thoại tại nơi đang có nguy cơ rò rỉ gas, vì có thể gây phát lửa.
* Đóng khóa van gas ngay lập tức
* Mở tất cả các cửa và cửa sổ để thông thoát khí gas
* Không bật đèn, thiết bị điện.. vì có thể gây phát lửa
* Báo ngay sự cố đến BQL và Công ty cấp gas.

Nếu phát hiện trong lúc đi tuần tra của Nhân viên An ninh cơ động:
* Lập tức xác định ngay vị trí khu vực nghi có sự cố ngay sự cố, thông báo tới Khách hàng về việc phát hiện khí gas.
• Hướng dẫn Khách hàng về biện pháp an toàn: Mở cửa sổ/ Khóa van cấp gas cho bếp.
* Thông báo ngay cho Hotline/ Trực ĐKTT của Tòa nhà nhằm cử cán bộ tới kiểm tra xử lý.

Nếu phát hiện trong lúc đi tuần tra theo Checklist của Nhân viên Kỹ thuật/ vận hành:
* Lập tức xác định ngay vị trí khu vưc nghi có sự cố ngay sự cố, thông báo tới Khách hàng về việc phát hiện khí gas.
* Hướng dẫn Khách hàng về biện pháp an toàn: Mở cửa sổ/ Khóa van cấp gas cho bếp.
* Trực tiếp xử lý ngay tại chỗ nếu có thể; Thông báo ngay cho Hotline/ Trực ĐKTT của Tòa nhà nhằm cử cán bộ tới kiểm tra xử lý.

4. Xử lý sự cố ngập lụt
4.1 Đối với sự cố ngập lụt đột xuất do hệ thống đường ống kỹ thuật Tòa nhà:
* Lập tức thông báo lập tức cho Hotline BQL, cũng như tới các vị trí trực xung quanh để trợ giúp.
* CBNV Kỹ thuật lập tức xác định, cô lập & khóa đường cấp nước.
* Cách ly, đóng cửa các khu vực lân cận đề phòng thiệt hại lây lan.
* Kịp thời thông báo với NV Vệ sinh để hỗ trợ xử lý gạt nước, chặn nước, lau sạch…
* An ninh hỗ trợ ngăn nước, tăng cường bảo vệ tài sản, đồ vật, trang thiết bị tại khu vực sự cố.
* Đảm bảo công tác vệ sinh sau khi xử lý sự cố (Phòng An ninh & Kỹ thuật phối hợp kiểm tra, phản hồi tới các Phòng Ban liên quan).

4.2. Đối với trường hợp có mưa to gió lớn gây ngập lụt
Đảm bảo các công tác chuẩn bị, đặc biệt trong mùa mưa bão luôn sẵn sàng. Các vị trí tuần tra của An ninh, Kỹ thuật… theo checklist, cũng như các vịt rí vệ sinh làm sạch hàng ngày tại các khu vực lưu ý & kịp thời phát hiện các nguy cơ gây thấm dột, ngập lụt do mưa.
