(3) Nếu sau 45 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hóa đơn tài chính hợp lệ của bên B mà bên A chưa thanh toán thì bên A phải trả lãi đối với số tiền chậm trả theo lãi suất nợ quá hạn trung bình trên thị trường tại thời điểm thanh toán.
