Trong trường hợp bên Mua muốn thực hiện thay đổi thiết kế xây dựng đối với Lô thương mại, bên Mua phải gửi yêu cầu xây dựng (bằng cách cung cấp 02 bộ thiết kế/bản vẽ xây dựng) cho bên Bán hoặc công ty quản lý để xem xét, chấp thuận và giám sát kỹ thuật, và các thay đổi về xây dựng/thiết kế đối với Lô thương mại không được: (i) vi phạm pháp luật Việt Nam, (ii) gây thiệt hại, hư hỏng đối với Lô thương mại khác trong tòa nhà, (iii) làm thay đổi kiến trúc mặt ngoài của tòa nhà, (iv) làm tổn hại đến sự an toàn của tòa nhà do gây ra bất cứ thiết hại hay hư hỏng liên quan đến cấu trúc.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
