Điều 17. Bảo đảm về vốn và tài sản
17.1. Vốn đầu tư và tài sản hợp pháp của PNW không bị quốc hữu hóa hoặc bị tích thu bằng biện pháp hành chính.
17.2 Trong trường hợp cần thiết phải trưng mua, trưng dụng tài sản của PNW, Nhà nước bảo đảm thanh toán hoặc bồi thường tài sản và vốn của PNW theo quy định của Luật trưng mua, trưng dụng tài sản số 15/2008/QH12 của Quốc hội hoặc theo các điều kiện thỏa thuận giữa các Bên.
17.3. Việc bảo đảm về vốn và tài sản còn được thực hiện theo quy định của Luật đầu tư và các quy định hiện hành của pháp luật.
