- Theo dõi nguyên liệu đầu vào, số lượng, chất lượng. Mõi loại nguyên liệu phải kiểm tra chất lượng trước khi nhập kho, lập biên bản, có chữ ký xác nhận của bên giao nhận hàng. Chịu trách nhiệm sắp xếp kho bãi, phân phối nguyên liệu đầu vào và ra.
- Theo dõi sản lượng sản phẩm sản xuất mõi ngày, phân phối nơi lưu trữ, kiểm tra việc đánh dấu, nhãn mác trên các bao sản phẩm. Đồng thời theo dõi số lượng sản phẩm xuất bán.
- Cập nhật thường xuyên liên tục số lượng tồn về nguyên liệu và thành phẩm tại nhà máy
