Hope you had a very happy Tet Holidays. Thank you for your January 28th e-mail in which you sent us a 2 step process for us to obtain our legal status as a company under Vietnamese law. I am sorry that it has taken so long for us to respond but the truth is, we still don't know how to prepare the documents because there are too many of them!

Since receipt of your guidance we have visited Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh to ask her opinion as to what we should do. She advised us to hire someone to help us since it's difficult for us to do ourselves.

So we would like to ask if you would like to help us out with this or we should hire a law company somewhere? And if you could please help us, how much will you charge us to get us the legal status? And roughly how long will it take you? We will of course fill out all of the forms you need and provide you with any other information that you need.

Please remember that we are not rich and that the purpose of the Vien Eva is to help the women of Vietnam to improve their lives and their status. So you can help the women of Vietnam by helping us obtain our legal status.

If you would like to meet us in person to discuss this, we are free to meet you for lunch almost any day.
