· ‘_A’ is for the authorities where the info for hotels and villas are deliberately placed at the end to align with the authorities’ intention to highlight the cultural, social, and environmental aspects of the project;

· ‘_B’ is for Alphanam’s internal review with the original intended sequencing of slides

· ‘_C’ is the concise version focusing on hotel and villas for Alphanam’s discussion with Marriot / Starwood


We hope that this revised master plan shall be able to receive full approval from the authorities.
Since the project is intended to proceed at great speed, we are wondering whether it would be faster for Alphanam to convey the revised master plan to the authorities?
Or would it be better for DPA to make the trip to present to the authorities?
Appreciate your kind advice so that if we do need to travel we would make the special arrangements in our schedules.

We also heard from Mr Steven Tan that Alphanam is awaiting our fee proposal for the architectural and interior design package for the project, our understanding is that the authorities may or may not have further comments on our revised master plan, and upon full approval of the concept master plan we shall be able to ascertain the scope of works and then be able to submit our fee proposal for Alphanam’s kind review / acceptance.
Please let us know if this is the correct understanding?

With regards to the Seo My Ty project, we understand from our last visit that once the project boundaries have been confirmed the info shall be sent to our office for us to submit our fee proposal.
With regards to the Marriot hotel, we also understand from our last visit that the drawings for the current design shall be forwarded to our office for us to submit our fee proposal.

We would also appreciate your kind update on whether our understandings for the Seo My Ty and Marriot projects for fee proposal are correct?
