Sau đó tôi và các thành viên cùng phân công nhiệm vụ tùy thuộc theo khả năng và kinh nghiệm của mỗi người .trước khi dự án được bắt đầu , tôi đã đi khảo sát thị trường như là siêu thị trong trường , căng tin , chợ cóc và một số điểm kinh doanh mặt hàng thực phẩm trong và ngoài trường rồi về thông báo cho các thành viên trong nhóm để đưa ra sản phẩm và phương thức kinh doanh hợp lí nhất .tôi cũng đã đi tìm các nguồn cung ứng sản phẩm tốt nhất và giá hợp lí . Và tôi cùng với một số thành viên đã đi mua các vật dụng cần thiết như dao , đũa , bếp , ... để sẵn sàng " chiến đấu " .
