Tiếp nhận và thực hiện quyền, nghĩa vụ đại diện chủ sở hữu nhà nước tại các doanh nghiệp theo quy định;
Thực hiện quyền, nghĩa vụ của chủ sở hữu đối với doanh nghiệp và phần vốn do Tổng công ty tiếp nhận và trực tiếp đầu tư;
Tiếp tục thực hiện các hoạt động sắp xếp, cổ phần hóa, bán vốn nhà nước đầu tư tại doanh nghiệp được chuyển giao theo quy định hiện hành;
Đầu tư vốn vào các tập đoàn, tổng công ty, hoặc công ty mẹ hoạt động trong lĩnh vực, ngành nghề nhà nước nắm giữ quyền chi phối; các dự án theo chỉ định của Chính phủ và Thủ tướng Chính phủ; các ngành, lĩnh vực, dự án đem lại hiệu quả kinh tế theo quy định của pháp luật.
Cung cấp các dịch vụ tư vấn: đầu tư, tài chính, cổ phần hóa, quản trị doanh nghiệp, chuyển đổi sở hữu doanh nghiệp, mua bán sáp nhập doanh nghiệp và các dịch vụ hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp khác theo quy định của pháp luật;
Quản lý Qũy Hỗ trợ sắp xếp và phát triển doanh nghiệp;
Các nhiệm vụ khác theo quyết định của Thủ tướng Chính phủ.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Receipt and perform the rights and obligations represent state owners in the business as prescribed;

continue implementing activities arrangement and equitization, sale of state capital investment in businesses transferred under the current regulations,
capital investment in the corporation, the corporation, or company mother works in the fields, professions state holds the power to govern; projects designated by the Government and the Prime Minister; the sectors and projects bring economic benefits as prescribed by law.
Providing consulting services: investment, finance, equitization, business management, business ownership change , merger and acquisition business and business support services as prescribed by law;
Management Assistance Fund arrangements and enterprise development;
Other duties as decided by the Prime Minister.
