Dear Mr. Dan,

We are having some changes on K11 building so that we would like to get your official quotations base on our new requirements as below.

1. Construction:

1.1 Main office by using Glass wool metal sandwich with technical spec as Noncombustible
Including panel office, Window Door, Door, Bathroom, Facility of Bathroom, Canteen, Locker (Bathroom and Electric room should be used brick wall 200mm).
1.2 A/C system for office (LG) as discussed on technical file last time.
1.3 Canopy between K10 and K11
2. Fire protection system
2.1 Fire pump system, Pipe, Gate valve, Sprinkler, Water supply…
2.2 Fire alarm system (Beam, Smoke detector, Emergency lamp, Fire extinguisher, Exit lamp..
Note: Inside K11, we will use 3 panel room for CNC line, Anodizing line, Assembly line. So that all pipes and sprinkler should be go down about 2 m.
Fire pump will be sent you spec later
3. Epoxy coating with thickness 2 mm
(Base on factory layout except Anodizing line and Bathroom area)
4. Transformer installation with capacity 1000 kVA. (Type Dry)
Transformer kios should be kept in outside as current one (It will be included capacitor system, MCB, Power cable….)
5. Electrical, air system and lighting system in K11
5.1 Main distribution board, Power cable, Distribution board for equipment, Distribution board for lighting system, power socket, lighting system for office, workshop and outdoor…
5.2 Air pipe system for Air compressor room, Cable tray…
5.3 Lan, Camera, Telephone line system
Note: The lighting system will be installed inside of each panel room so that outside of factory should be designed base on Vietnamese standard.
6. AHU/AC system for K11 work shop
We don’t use AC system as K10. We will use A/C Stand. Base on size of each panel rooms, please give us your design about capacity of each A/C stand.
Brand name should be used LG or same from Korea.

We also have some changes (Additional canteen) as below. Please kind send us new official quotations. It must be separated because we will be easy to compare the cost. Please remove Generator and Capacity of Transformer also reduce from 1500 to 1000 kVA.

Please kindly send us quotations of 6 main items as below.

Including EPS panel office, Window Door, Door, Bathroom, Facility of Bathroom, Canteen, Locker (Bathroom and Electric room should be used brick wall 200mm).

2.1 Fire pump system, Pipe, Gate valve, Sprinkler, Water supply…

It will be included pump, Piping system, Valve, jigs, outlet…

Note: Please give us deadline for whole project.
