Dự án sẽ cung cấp điều kiện làm việc tốt hơn cũng như gia tăng thu nhập của 24 phụ nữ hiện làm việc cho NMT. Bên cạnh đó, Dự án cũng sẽ giúp tạo thêm nhiều việc làm hơn cho ngành trồng hoa tại địa phương. Về khía cạnh môi trường liên quan đến việc sản xuất hoa tuân thủ theo các yêu cầu kỹ thuật canh tác mới, đặt biệt ở các khía cạnh liên quan đến việc giảm lượng phân hóa học và các hóa chất trừ sâu, quản lý chất lượng đất và nước. NMT đồng ý tham gia các chương trình phòng chống HIV/AIDS thuộc chương trình BSPS.
