Hàng rào trạm bơm số 2, 4 phát sinh là yêu cầu của Thành phố và Chủ đầu tư (Theo biên bản ngày 15/07/2015). Nhưng do Nhà thầu không có tiền để triển khai, do vốn bị tồn đọng tại Dự án Châu Đốc.
Hiện nay Nhà thầu đang thi công và sẽ hoàn thiện trước 31/12/2016.
Vì vậy Nhà thầu rất mong muốn sự giúp đỡ của bạn, đưa hạng mục này vào VO.07 để làm cơ sở thanh toán sau này.
Nhà thầu sẽ không thanh toán hạng mục này trong IPC 19, mà sẽ thanh toán ở IPC tiếp theo với điều kiện có sự nghiệm thu của Tư vấn giám sát và Chủ đầu tư.
