1. Phương án 1: Test Rite tiếp tục xin tạm ngưng hoạt động 12 tháng từ ngày 01/07/2015 đến 30/06/2015. Hồ sơ ban đầu cần chuẩn bị gồm: Ký lại Biên bản họp, Quyết định, thông báo tạm ngừng hoạt động từ ngày 01/07/2015 đến ngày 30/06/2016. Nộp cho cơ quan cấp phép trước ngày 10/06/2015, đầu tháng 05/2015 bắt đầu xúc tiến chuẩn bị hồ sơ, gửi ký. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến khoảng 30 ngày. Giá phí dịch vụ lập hồ sơ xin tạm ngưng là 1.100 USD đã bao gồm VAT.

2. Phương án 2: Test Rite hoạt động trở lại bình thường
Không phải thực hiện thủ tục gì, từ ngày 01/07/2015 bắt đầu hoạt động trở lại sẽ có nghĩa vụ thực hiện các báo cáo thuế tháng, quý và các báo cáo theo quy định khác cho cơ quan quản lý doanh nghiệp, cơ quan thuế.

Hiện nay không có quy định cấm đối với vấn đề này, VPĐD làm tờ khai phi mậu dịch gửi hàng mẫu ra nước ngoài cho Công ty Test Rite (Taiwan), gửi kèm 01 bản sao công chứng Giấy phép VPĐD, 01 bản sao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký mã số thuế, nếu gửi cho Công ty khác thì không được. Trường hợp nhập hàng mẫu phi mậu dịch cũng vậy, phải nhận hàng gửi từ Test Rite (Taiwan).
