Thứ 3, công việc nhà, chăm sóc con cái,...thì được chia đều cho mỗi thành viên.Họ làm chủ được tài chính , và chăm sóc cho con cái 1 cách đầy đủ hơn. Sẽ có ít xung dột giữa các thành viên so với gia đình đa thế hệ
