4. Sự cần thiết của DN phải áp dụng hệ thống ISO này là :
Sản phẩm nam châm đất hiếm của công ty được ứng dụng rất nhiều trong cuộc sống như ổ cứng máy tính, loa âm thanh, tua bin, điện thoại di động, điều hòa, máy giặt, robot, ô tô… trong đó nam châm đất hiếm có ưu thế từ trường mạnh như nam châm thép nhưng lại nhẹ và nhỏ gọn hơn. Nhưng để sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu thì qui trình sản xuất nam châm đất hiếm sẽ khó và phức tạp hơn rất nhiều nam châm thông thường, Vì là sản phẩm công nghệ cao nên đòi hỏi rất khắt khe về mặt kỹ thuật, do vậy có rất nhiều yếu tố phải quan tâm như:
- sử dụng máy nạp từ công suất lớn
- xử lý sơn và xử lý lớp mạ
- máy và thiết bị phải đồng bộ và hiện đại
- Môi trường chân không, khép kín, tự động

Công việc thẩm tra hôm đó hoàn tất rất nhanh, rõ ràng và mọi tài liệu đều được chuẩn bị đầy đủ, làm khách hàng của Công ty rất hài lòng.
 Một lần tôi đang cập nhập qui trình mới sửa đổi, in để phân phát và gửi file hệ thống tài liệu qua email cho tất cả các phòng ban, tôi chợt nhận ra ý tưởng về hệ thống cập nhập liên tục và mọi người sẽ không sợ phải dùng nhầm bản cũ như trước đây, bằng cách tôi chia sẻ dữ liệu trực tuyến thông qua dropbox, giúp giảm bớt thời gian, giấy tờ và sử dụng nhầm qui trình, hồ sơ đã hết hạn.
??? Công ty có thể cho tôi biết bảng mô tả công việc tôi sẽ làm không? Xin ông bà cho tôi biết những thuận lợi khi làm việc tại Công ty?
