tôi tên là Đặng Thị Ái Vi, là nhân viên thủ kho tại chi nhánh Đà Nẵng.
Ngày 1/11/2014 tôi cùng kế toán và bảo vệ tại chi nhánh Đà nẵng đã tiến hành kiểm kê vỏ bình chứa gas. sau khi kiểm kê phát hiện thiếu 13 vỏ bình. sự việc đã được thông báo vào văn phòng Sài gòn và tôi nhận được thông tin là tôi bị kỷ luật vì đã làm mất 13 vỏ bình.
tôi xin bào chữa cho bản thân mình:
1. hằng ngày tôi và bảo vệ tại chi nhánh Đà Nẵng đều đối chiếu số lượng xuất nhập vỏ bình và cùng nhau ký biên bản bàn giao cuối ngày, biên bản là bằng chứng chứng minh số liệu tôi bàn giao là đúng.
2. hằng ngày tôi làm việc 8 tiếng và đôi lúc cũng có thể phát sinh làm ngoài giờ, nhưng số giờ tôi có mặt tại chi nhánh Đà Nẵng không quá 24 giờ, khoảng thời gian tôi không có tại công ty còn nhiều hơn số thời gian tôi đi làm.
3. trong tháng 10/2014 có phát sinh xe biển số 75K - 2293 vào chở bông thủy tinh ra kho chi nhánh Đà nẵng, ngày 04/10/2014 xe 75K - 2293 chở bông thủy tinh ra vào 6 chuyến nhưng do trên xe không phải là hàng hóa mà tôi đang theo dõi nên tôi đã không kiểm tra.

với những lý do trên không thể nào bắt tôi phải chịu trách nhiệm thiếu 13 vỏ bình, tôi không biết tôi mắt phải sai lầm gì trong việc thiếu 13 vỏ bình trong lúc số liệu tôi bàn giao hằng ngày đều đúng.
trong khi tôi vào làm việc tại chi nhánh Đà Nẵng cuối tháng 02/2012 và đến tận thời điểm này tại chi nhánh Đà Nẵng đã thừa hơn 15 tấn gas và hơn 2 năm tôi làm tại chi nhánh Đà nẵng biết bao thay đổi: các bộ phận như xe giao hàng, kế toán, sàn chiết nạp, hệ thống, kinh doanh đều tuyển thêm nhân viên, chứng tỏ tại chi nhánh Đà nẵng có sự phát triển nhưng khi tôi đề nghị tăng lương thì đề nghị của tôi không được chập nhận, mặc dù vậy tôi vẫn chăm chỉ và trách nhiệm với công việc của mình.
