- Giao dịch thoả thuận đã được thực hiện không được phép huỷ bỏ
- Đại diện giao dịch được phép sửa giao dịch thoả thuận khi có đủ các điều kiện sau:
+ Được sự đồng thuận của các bên đối tác khi tham gia giao dịch;
+ Xuất trình được lệnh gốc của nhà đầu tư;
+ Được SGDCK chấp thuận;
+ Tuân thử Quy trình sửa lệnh giao dịch thoả thuận do SGDCK ban hành.
