To actually prevent the spreading of greenhouse gases, we need to develop clean energy sources. Water energy, solar energy, Hydrogen Energy ... can reduce the amount of greenhouse gases if they are put into widespread use. In international stature, the Kyoto Protocol was brought to the countries pledged to reduce the amount of CO2 and the other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. 35 industrial countries had signed and implement this Protocol Agreement. Unfortunately, the United States-one of the countries that produce the largest amount of greenhouse gases-not signed this Treaty. In March 2007, former U.s. Vice President Al Gore has called for Congress to make a number of challenging changes in national policy. Gore acknowledged that the decisions issued and the other proposals with regard to global warming can be hard work. He also said that climate change is not just a normal crisis, that it is the most serious crisis in the history of mankind.
