Việc mua và sở hữu tài sản là nhà ở

Việc mua và sở hữu tài sản là nhà ở tại Việt Nam đối với tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài được quy định tại Chương IX Luật Nhà ở 2014 (thay thế Luật cũ) có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/7/2015. Hiện nay, dự thảo Nghị định hướng dẫn thị hành Luật nhà ở đang được Chính phủ Việt Nam xem xét và sẽ ban hành trong thời gian sớm nhất. Nghị định này sẽ quy định cụ thể hơn về nội dung này.

Buying and owning property is in Vietnam for the Organization, foreign individuals are stipulated in Chapter IX of law Home in 2014 (replacing the old Law) with effect from October 1, 2015. Currently, the draft decree law a guide to housing being Vietnam Government review and will issue in the shortest time. This Decree will more specific rules about content.

The purchase and ownership of assets are in Vietnam for organizations, foreign individuals are defined in Chapter IX of the Housing Act 2014 (replacing the old Act) takes effect from the date of 01/7/2015. Currently, the draft decree guiding the implementation of the Housing Law is the Government of Vietnam will consider and enact as soon as possible. This Decree shall prescribe in more detail about this content.
