Nếu Bên A giao chậm đơn hàng thì Bên A chịu khoản tiền phạt là 1% tổng giá trị hợp đồng đối với tổng khối lượng hàng hóa giao chậm cho một ngày chậm giao hàng dựa trên thời hạn giao hàng trong hợp đồng này. Tuy nhiên tổng trị giá phạt chậm giao hàng không vượt quá 8% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng.
