Ngày 21/10/2016 Công ty đã gửi Đơn xin cứu xét đến Thủ tướng Chính phủ về việc ấn định thuế bất hợp lý của Cục Kiểm tra sau thông quan, sau đó Thủ tướng Chính phủ đã có chỉ đạo giao Bộ Tài chính xem xét báo cáo trình Thủ tướng về vấn đề này tại Công văn số 9745/VPCP-KTTH ngày 3/11/2016.
