Tư vấn không được giao lại Hợp Đồng cho Tư vấn phụ để thực hiện công việc mà không có sự chấp thuận của Chủ Đầu Tư.
Trường hợp được sự chấp thuận của Chủ Đầu Tư về việc sử dụng Tư vấn phụ, Tư vấn phải chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hành động hoặc sai sót của thầu phụ hoặc nhân viên của họ như thể đó là hoạt động và sai sót của Tư vấn.
