Trong thời gian cộng tác, ĐQ M&E có

Trong thời gian cộng tác, ĐQ M&E có thể chấm dứt Hợp đồng này mà chỉ cần báo trước cho Cộng tác viên một (01) ngày làm việc nếu nhận thấy chất lượng công việc hoặc đạo đức và tác phong làm việc của Cộng tác viên trái với quy định của ĐQ M&E.
Trong trường hợp, Cộng tác viên muốn đơn phương chấm dứt thỏa thuận này, Cộng tác viên cần báo trước cho ĐQ M&E năm (05) ngày làm việc và tiến hành bàn giao đầy đủ các công việc đang thực hiện.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

During the partnership, ĐQ M & E may terminate this contract that simply inform the contributor a (01) working days if notice of the quality of work or the working style and ethics of collaborators is contrary to the provisions of the M & E ĐQ.In this case, the partners want to unilaterally terminate the agreement, partners need to inform the ĐQ M & E five (5) working days and proceed to hand over the full range of work done.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

During the collaboration, ĐQ M & E may terminate this Contract which just warned Collaborators (01) working days if we find that the quality of work or the moral and working style of Collaborators contrary to the provisions of ĐQ M & E.
In case, collaborators want to unilaterally terminate the agreement, collaborators should notify the ĐQ M & E five (05) working days and the handover complete work Processing.
