Để triển khai hiệu quả giải pháp này, Sở Văn hóa Thể thao và Du lịch đề xuất các công việc cụ thể như sau:
- Các tỉnh cùng nghiên cứu hình thành Nhóm hợp tác phát triển du lịch tuyến hành lang kinh tế: Hà Nội – Quảng Ninh – Ninh Bình – Lào Cai và kết nối với Côn Minh (Trung Quốc) để hình thành bộ máy quản lý, điều hành các hoạt động hợp tác lâu dài mang tính ổn định và thường xuyên; Thành viên Ban chỉ đạo của Nhóm hợp tác là Phó Chủ tịch UBND phụ trách về du lịch của các tỉnh – thành phố. Việc điều hành các hoạt động sẽ được tổ chức theo hình thức luân phiên làm trưởng nhóm.
