Hướng tới chúng tôi sẽ lồng ghép nhạc vào các buổi tập, tạo sự hương phấn cho họ, đây cũng là thể dục trị liệu giúp người tâm thần từng bước phục hồi chức năng tinh thần.
Hoạt động tham vấn/trị liệu tâm lý cũng đã được triển khai tại trung tâm nhằm trợ giúp người tâm thần khi họ có những bất ổn tâm lý. Một số ý kiến cho rằng hoạt động này được triển khai có kết quả tốt. Tuy nhiên Trung tâm cũng cần thúc đẩy hơn nữa hoạt động này bởi đại đa số đánh giá là chưa tốt (62.6%). Mô hình hoạt động nhóm rất có hữu ích đối với người tâm thần, do vậy Trung tâm cũng lấy đây là một biện pháp để can thiệp và phục hồi chức năng cho người tâm thần.
