Ngày 29/11/2010 -Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước đã chấp thuận cho TPBank phát hành 100 triệu cổ phiếu cho cổ đông hiện hữu nhằm tăng vốn điều lệ từ 2.000 tỷ lên 3.000 tỷ đồng.
